Real Achievements

We conducted a thorough due diligence process and discovered a means to reach our goals following a path of intelligent sound legal expertise. We are already on phase 2 of our global roadmap!

We already made strategic gains to remove Cocles from the Keköldi Reserve.  Our first phase has already been proven in practice.

Our leadership make strategic yet prudent decisions, thereby maximizing efficiency and protecting our budget.

In our first legal action, we won an important jurisprudence from the Constitutional Chamber (Sala IV).

Our 2nd legal action stopped the ADITIK of Kèköldi in giving possession of the Plaza de Cocles to the State. We stopped a land grab in the maritime zone!

3 years of dialogue with the Indigenous community and their traditional representatives, the Council of Elders.

The State has recognized the main claims of our legal thesis.

Having achieved our phase 1 goals, we've moved on to the important negotiation phase with the State.  We have initiated dialogue with all 3 powers of government - the executive, legislative and judicial branches.
